By engaging in any transaction with me, including contacting me or purchasing an item, you automatically agree to the following Terms of Service. ♡

Authenticity & Condition

All figures, plushies, dolls, and collectibles I sell are 100% authentic. I do not sell bootlegs, replicas, or counterfeit items.
Every listing uses photos of the actual item, and any noticeable flaws or signs of wear will be clearly disclosed.

I sell both through platforms (such as eBay and Vinted) and directly through Discord.
For off-platform purchases, I accept PayPal Friends & Family (F&F) or PayPal Goods & Services (G&S).
If you choose to pay via PayPal G&S, you are responsible for covering the PayPal transaction fees.

Orders are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.
Shipping starts from $20 USD to the United States and Asia, and $15 USD to the European Union. Final shipping costs may vary depending on the parcel's size, weight, and destination.
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. I am not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit, although I will do my best to assist if any issues arise.

To protect both myself and my buyers, I take photos and record videos of every item before shipment, including the packaging process and proof of dispatch.
These records are retained in case of shipping disputes or fraudulent claims.

Unless otherwise required by the selling platform or applicable law, all sales are final.
Please read the listing carefully and ask any questions before purchasing, as I do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse or a change of mind.
